A group of beggars, smugglers and other criminals from Eastern Europe go to West in search for bread, glamour and prosperity. In the course of illegal activities in connection with delinquents of diverse countries, they amass a fortune in "spotted" dollars that they can't use. How will they clean the money? A Spanish swindler by the nickname of Bogus advises them to invest in international movies, where they can easily erase the tracks.
