Days after breaking up with his girlfriend, Amar Hernandez goes on a date with his classmate, Riley Taylor, a beautiful college girl. After a wild night of drinking, drugs and dub-step music, Riley never makes it home. When news breaks that she is missing, Amar panics because he was the last person seen with Riley. When Ron "Murder" Manson, a racist LAPD cop is assigned to the case and discovers the body of a young white female, a manhunt ensues and Amar becomes the #1 suspect in the Riley Taylor case.
