Season 5 premiere. An overturned bus makes for a crazy day at All Saints as two new doctors join the staff: Dr. Carrie Roman (Betty Gilpin) and Dr. Ike Prentiss (Morris Chestnut). Meanwhile, O'Hara (Eve Best) just wants to spend every minute with her new son and Akalitus (Anna Deavere Smith) gives Eddie (Paul Schulze) back his old job - all this, the day before Jackie's (Edie Falco) birthday.
