Louie the Moon begins as a large family gathers for a family reunion, spaghetti dinner style. Throughout the weekend, patriarch Louie tells stories of his past. Nobody believes his outrageous tales... at first. Even if family members do not accept some of the stories that imply Mafia connections, these tales weave their way through the family's lives, often with hard and tragic results.
