Shakti (Shaam) is besotted by one look at Jo (Jyothika). On the day of a key interview, he misses the bus to an interview and loses his shot at an executive position. Consequently, he idles his time at an auto garage with a mechanic (Vivek) and his cronies. In the process, he comes closer to Jo. The film then examimes an alternate scenario, in which Shakti gets the job and starts rising in his career. At his new job, he meets older woman Priya (Simran), but continues to pine for Jo.
