Phil has something growing inside of him. Something that's feeding off him. Something in his belly that's just popped up to say hello. His girlfriend Sami calls it Goran. It's a fist-sized lump sticking out of his stomach, the result of a medical procedure that saved his life. However, the doctors didn't tell him that the lump would start talking, and they definitely never mentioned that Goran would be a bit of a ladies' man, moving in on Sami as Phil sleeps.
