In the future a movement even worst in its nihilism than anything seen before will strive to destroy the very emotional fabric that makes people human. It rises to power and quickly self destructs. At the heart of this horror lies the trauma created by a Death Camp, Litorra, where more than a billion and a half people are killed in less than a year. The remnants of civilization surviving this ordeal, thorn by infighting and a chaotic world order, take on to put on trial the only person accused of war crimes at Litorra, a woman who might or might not have been an accomplice.
