The Society of Under-Villains (SUV) have stolen Sapphire's power-giving crystal and the erstwhile superheroine mistakenly blames the Allaince of Superheroines in general and her roommate, Spellbinder, in particular. In order to protect herself and her superheroine friends, Spellbinder binds Sapphire in a tight hogtie. Now she must recover the crystal before Sapphire gets loose and exacts her revenge.
