A rumor is going around town that someone owns a pair of high-heeled shoes which are guaranteed to bring the wearer power and money. Now some whacko is breaking into women's homes to steal all their high-heeled footwear, leaving the hapless victims securely tied and gagged. Who is the perpetrator?
