The Necktie Strangler lives! Appearing to have died at the end of THE GO-GO GIRL STRANGLER, he's alive and out for revenge! He wants to know where Charice (Barbara Joyce) and Jeffery Holmes (Dean Paul) have gone! Unfortuntely for Sarah (Mia Copia), she knows where they are and the strangler makes her talk before viciously killing her! Tracking Jeff and Charice to Las Vegas, the Strangler strikes and gets his revenge!
