A deadly new strain of Mad Cow Disease, weaponized by the US government, escapes into the food chain via a cattle ranch in Texas. Bubba, owner of Bubba's Chili Parlor, unknowingly uses the infected beef to make his chili. Serving it to a young girl (Ashley), he launches a worldwide zombie epidemic when she subsequently turns into a killer zombie. Written by Joey Evans
