In small town Nainital, Northern India, there are killings taking place. All of these killings are of women of stunning beauty, and then there are three men. One is Mayor Jaisingh Dabhral; the second is Inspector Harshvardan; and the third is no good slacker, Raj. The problem is that one of these three is a serial killer....
