As crime rates rose in 2006, the LAPD could not handle the significant increase. The city passed proposition PSO(Private Security Officer) to alleviate the police department from having to handle all of the law enforcement. The PSO's were sworn to deal with all the infractions and misdemeanor cases. Little did they know that were in for a big surprise. This is the story of the PSO's. Written by Don Grahm
