In the near future, Earth finds itself under attack from the powerful and vicious terrorist organization, Galactor, lead by S魋ai X and his immediate human subordinate, Berg Katse. With their massive resources and advanced technology, they seem overwhelming. However, the free world has a powerful defense with the superhero team, Gatchaman. Organized by Kozaburo Nambu under the aegis of the International Science Organization, and led by Ken Washio (詗ashi no Ken), they are determined to prevent Galactor from winning.
