A former cop who has become a professional bounty hunter tracks a serial killer who kills with his bare hands. When the killer learns that he is being tracked he starts tracking his hunter leading to the invariable martial arts showdown. Unfortunately everything about this film is wrong. The dialog is horrible, the acting is of the high school variety, and the fight scenes which are shown to be choreographed by Gary Daniels are some of the most faked ever put on celluloid. Even the sounds of the "hits" are out of sync with the action. Contains lots of martial arts violence and nudity. Written by John sacksteder
