The Danish life of culture is deeply dependent on a small group of private funds, run by a small handful of people. Unknown to the public these people have great power and decides what kind of art and culture the Danes should have. Especially in times where the public culture budget have been cut drastically by a right-wing government. This tv-special spotlights the invisible people pulling the strings of culture.
