剧情

In WW II Italian lieutenant Ezio Martin was enchanted by Slovenian singing at the Sunday mass in the church. He became fond of Slovenian people and fall in love with Maria. After the war the new government locked him in war prisoners' camp. Knowledge of Slovenian language saved his life. Seven years passed before Ezio saw Maria and then he married her.
