Documentary film about gay cops in the US. This film interviews a number of gay cops across the USA and reveals their concerns about being fired because they are gay, being unable to count on partners and backup in life and death situations and hatred and homphobia "on the Job". Conversely some officers tell of their partners acceptance and support. The film also features clips from the national September 2001 meeting of gay law enforcement officers that stranded many of these officers in the west when their NYC brethren fell.
