Cuba. 1957. Jared, a writer of cliched pulp, knocks back another scotch and continues his assault on a battered typewriter. The keys tell a story of passion, angst, and mostly of a woman, an exotic woman- a woman whoes eyes and figure could kill a man faster than a jungle viper. A woman whose savage beauty can only be found in the underworld of faraway lands. When a woman comes to Jared's door an interrupts his fantasy, will this world of fiction that he has created distort his own reality? Or will he find that his words have finally come to life?
