What would life be like without water? We use water everyday to cook, clean, bathe and drink. Oviedo is a small town in the Dominican Republic where people struggle to find water to meet life's daily needs. This documentary shows the challenges of life 'Donde No Hay Agua', and explores the complexities of water scarcity in the developing world through interviews with youth, shopkeepers, and community leaders.
