Patricia can't help but notice that the neighbor she likes dates a woman with breasts larger than hers. On the subway, she sees an ad for Dr. Loobie's "Loobie" - a non-surgical enhancement. Patricia tries coconuts (a lovely pair), cabbages, and melons before choosing the Loobie that's right for her. Brimming over with confidence, she approaches her neighbor and his dog.
