Kaleb Delk abandons a promising career as an assistant District Attorney when he realizes that he can serve justice more effectively by becoming a Robin Hood styled vigilante. Detective Samuel Trent believes that law is the highest human achievement, and that Delk is a prime example of a man who belongs in a cage. When Delk robs a group of high-profile CEOs in order to redistribute their wealth to the poor, and Trent is assigned to the case, the stage is set for a battle between these two forces.
