In episode one, Josh refuses to go to his middle-school dance because he doesn't want to make a fool of himself in front of Bianca, the girl he likes. Master Groove, head of the JammX team is quickly on the case and sends the JammX Kids to Josh's rescue. The JammX Kids instruct Josh in the newest dance moves including the Grapevine Groove, the Stomp Out and the Twist Hop, breaking down the steps so you can follow along at home.
