This Christmas Special, aired during the holidays in 2003, brough Canadian Comedy Legend Rick Mercer and Canadian rockstar Tom Cochrane to the Canadian Army base in Kabul Afghanistan. Mercer provides his unique blend of Canadian humor to the mix while Cochrane performs some hit songs including "Life is a Highway". In between performances is footage of Mercer showing Canadian soldiers recorded messages from their families and interviews with important Military people. Written by Jordan Drew
