Neil Tabor an awkward inventor has created a device that will change the ways of espionage as we know it. With Neil's reluctance to sell his invention to the C.I.A, Neil finds himself constantly hounded by this organization while dodging old High school rivals and trying to find inspiration for a new invention. When things can't get much worse Neil's world is thrown upside down when a beauitful and mysterious woman saves his life.
