The evil rogue Dr. Lucretia Pheremone demonstrates her technological prowess by destroying the world coffee supply and demands a consequent ransom. If she is not paid in time, more world wide devastation is sure. There is a new world order. The last top secret agent still alive (Hudson Marr) is in desperation assigned to locate Dr. Pheremone and her base of operations.
