Joe McKenna wants to oust the elitist clique that runs student government, but does not have the confidence to run against them. So Joe convinces an outsider to run, becoming his campaign manager. The chosen candidate, Clayton Parks, is a born leader, but his questionable moral character could sabotage Joe's plan.
