In the fourth of the highly successful Frankie and Annette beach party movies, a motorcycle gang led by Eric Von Zipper (Harvey Lembeck) kidnaps singing star Sugar Kane (Linda Evans) managed by Bullets (Paul Lynde), who hires sky-diving surfers Steve and Bonnie (John Ashley and Deborah Walley) from Big Drop (Don Rickles) for a publicity stunt.
