The owner of an Italian natural food company has a heart attack and asks his son, Bernardo, to find the man who saved his life in World War II and bring him to his deathbed. He does so and finds the man in a sanitarium and must deal with his hijinks all the way back to Milan. 59 Written by Wesley Lovell Bernardo Puccini (Ezio Greggio), the son of an Italian industrialist, causes his father a heart attack after a quarrel. To fulfill his fathers last wish he promises to go the USA in order to find Jake Gordon, a soldier who saved his fathers life during World War II. Bernardo finds Jake (Mel Brooks) in a hospital for the mentally ill. He takes Jake to Italy and a lot of funny things happen. Written by Bruno Tiozzo
