Jonathan Minges has just been hired to manage Krandel Karpets, a run-down carpet store with a three-man sales staff who are in need of some serious management. Stu Conklin, a fifty-three year old accident waiting to happen. Charlie Hammerschmidt , a forty-nine year old redneck who's sworn off women. Marty Flemming, a twenty-six year old porn king wannabe who gives new meaning to the term wet behind the ears. Together these four men struggle to keep the failing carpet store open.
