Ever since she was a little girl, Sparky Elf always wanted to work for Santa Claus. But when her dream finally comes true, she discovers that Santa's Workshop is in fact a sweatshop, and that her fellow workers are overworked and underpaid. Soon she becomes caught in an ugly labor strike that goes terribly wrong, putting the elves in the crossfire of a maniacal Santa, toy machines gone berserk, and a workshop doomed for nuclear meltdown.
