High school senior Kate (Jessica Skerritt) is a terror behind the wheel. Her boyfriend, away at college, isn't returning her calls. To save her relationship, Kate plans a romantic evening in the big city. But to drive there, she'll have to get her license. After failing her test four times, Kate turns to Safe-T Drivers instructor Mr. Meeker (Tony Doupé), who thinks he might be able to teach her to drive if he can just survive the first lesson.
