剧情
负责桥梁建设的钢铁工人尼克迷上了酒吧中的艳舞女郎图拉，这个身材火爆、性感妖冶的女子带给他的是各种感观上的刺激，两人背着尼克的妻子基蒂维持着不正常的关系。靠替邻居剪裁衣服补贴家用的基蒂则外柔内刚，这个将丈夫视为主心骨、把家打理得井井有条的主妇并不知道整天以加班为借口晚归的尼克其实正和别的女人干着苟且之事。纸又怎么能包得住火呢，尼克包养情妇的事终于东窗事发，这伤透了基蒂的心，丈夫的背信弃义让她燃烧起愤怒的火焰，领着三个孩子离开了那个自己曾经如此用心经营的家。对于尼克来说，也不是简单的“新媳换旧妇”，图拉早就腻烦了尼克，她已经有了新的情人。两头空的尼克一个人在空荡荡的房间里，终于体会到自己曾经带给善良的妻子怎样的伤害，正是他的轻率毁掉了一个和谐的家庭。
