Sequel to the original movie about a hard-boiled Kansas City cop (Nicolas Surovy) finds him tracking a colleague's killer to Las Vegas. There he teams up with a Las Vegas cop (Dennis Hopper), who wants him to find the killer but doesn't like him coming into his jurisdiction.
