Victor is an architect and he has just heard he is dying of cancer. On the morning he want to tell this to his employees, an enormous vulture is sitting in front of the window of his office. This meeting is the start of a quest to a suppressed memory of his youth. On the same morning a man is found dead near Victor's office building. A special taskforce, commanded by Victor's friend Martin, is investigating the murder. The next day there is a new victim. Martin discovered that the vulture is always first at the scene of the crime. Martin is trying to use this knowledge to solve the murders.
