Denny is an ego driven, quick witted, master collector and mentor to the office rookie. In one scene, Denny makes him use the name "Dick Hanson" because as Denny puts it, "Like me, you'll be a dick in no time!". But on this ill fated day, Denny calls to collect on a psychopathic killer.
