Billy is a drug runner in southern Arizona. He works for the "King" who runs the drugs, Porn and weapons market in Arizona. Tabby(Billy's Girlfriend) gets Billy to agree to leave the life they are living and build a new one in California. Billy knows he can't just leave because he owes money that he lost gambling on "Dog Fights". Richie(Billy's childhood friend and partner) has to choose to go after Billy on the King's orders or to ignore the orders and except the punishment of the King. Written by Jackie Lee James
