This is the true story of a man who spent eighty years in a Psychiatric Hospital. His psychiatric records contained no information about him other than his birthday and the name Billy. This name was given to him by a nurse when he was first committed. The film is dedicated to the memory of Billy Dunne. Written by Duncan Wellaway, Director.
