Control over 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' is the topic under discussion during a Conference on "National Security in the 21st Century". However, when a biochemical 'experiment' goes awry, controlling the situation is not an option. With no knowledge of how, when or why a virus digested an innocent man; and no way to stop it, the question is... who is next?
