Once Upon a time in a fantastic world lived a young girl named fern with her evil mother and younger brother. The mother has enslaved Fern by telling her stories of a terrible monster who lives deep in the woods and terrorizes children who disobey. She adores her obese son obsessively and keeps him in a dog leash. Young Fern is in love with a famous warrior David. But he ridicules her when they finally meet. Abused and lonely fern has no one to turn to. But then one night a tooth fairy ,who is the local ice-cream man appears in her tiny attic and grants her one wish. And so begins her dangerous journey to face her greatest fear. Will she conquer the monster in the woods. Does she have the strength to fight for freedom? Written by Rajita Shah
