A couple with a seemingly perfect lifestyle find themselves on the brink of divorce when Jenny (Alison Steadman) discovers Paul (Kevin Whately) has been having an affair. Each hires their own solicitor however, things get complicated when the solicitors (Stephen Mangan and Emma Pierson) take a liking to each other and use their clients case a means to flirt with each other. Will Paul and Jenny be able to reconcile their differences? Or will their solicitors relationship and extortionate fees be their downfall? Can their daughter (Sinead Matthews) find the solution?
