(2006)
THE KEY is loosely based on Nobel Laureate author Isaac Bashevis Singer's short story of the same name. It is a dark, yet ultimately hopeful story about a detached, agoraphobic woman who gets locked outside of her apartment. In a single moment her carefully fabricated world comes crashing to an end; however, that same moment ultimately leads to her redemption. Circumstances and fate intervene to provide her with the insight and human connection she will need to reconnect with the world she cast off years before. Written by Todd Kaufman
