A modest young filmmaker, Phil Holden, leaves Seattle behind to take on the world of Hollywood. His giant leap into the entertainment industry turns sour after a string of floundered job opportunities and his world begins to transform into a darker reality of music, passion and escapism. "aka Life" features untraditional themes mixed curiously with drama, dark humor and a series of musical sequences.
