剧情
故事描写一名女艺术家偶然看到黑帮暗杀案的发生，警方要她出庭作证人，但黑帮却要杀她灭口，她只好改名换姓逃亡到另一州过新生活。不料丹尼斯·霍珀饰演的黑帮杀手还是找到了她，但却情不自禁爱上了她，所以下不了手，反过来帮她逃过一劫。
