Beautiful Anjali Sharma (Sanjana) and Sanjay Malhotra (Uday Chopra) have been close childhood friends. Anjali falls in love with Sanjay, but Sanjay is tongue-tied,shy and does not display his love for her, and as a result Anjali gives up on him, thinking that he does not love her. She meets up with handsome and debonair Rohit (Jimmy Shergill), and both fall in love.
