剧情：
巴曼在小时候亲手将自己的父母杀害，被送进了精神病医院，受尽了非人的折磨，多年后被保释出院时却又惹怒了几个小混混，巴曼野性终于爆发，满腔怒火的他将精神病医院里实验用的活死人解放出来以便消灭和他有仇的人，于是医院顿时陷入地狱般的灾难中…… 此片虽然属于青春恐怖片一类，但风格却十分阴暗，从医院里拿人命当儿戏的医生到荒野上混子的肆意滋事刻画出了类似乱世的情景，男主角也难怪会再次发疯放出了食人丧尸将所有“坏人”啃食贻尽，这似乎也表达了在弱肉强食的世界里无弱者的含义。
