- 剧情:It's the Summer of 2003 and California's governor, Gray Davis, is embroiled in a heated recall election campaign. In a last ditch effort to remain in power, he signs a controversial bill, SB60, allowing undocumented immigrants to obtain driver's licenses. Meanwhile, an extra-terrestrial scout is arrested for driving without a license in his preparation to attack Sacramento. Instead of foiling the plot, the arrest inadvertently allows the aliens to become a driving force behind the gubernatorial recall campaign. But when the new governor's allegiance is questioned, the jailed alien scout must begin grooming his truly loyal cell-mate for their next phase of attack... Written by Jason Long
